Great Bear Distribution has pre-let a 473,689 sq ft warehouse in Desborough from Hampton Brook Developments and CJC. The company has negotiated a 10 year lease at £4.75 per sq ft.
The investment sale to Arlington securities achieved an initial yield of 6 per cent. Hampton Brook proposes to undertake further business development on the 50 acre site and opportunities for projects up to 160,000 sq ft are available.
