RKW Foods has secured units 13 and 14 at Brixton’s Heathrow Estate, Silver Jubilee Way, Heathrow totalling 40,619 sq ft.
RKW has taken a ten year full repairing and insuring lease with a mid-term, upward only, rent review at a rent of £446,809 equating to a headline figure of £11 per sq ft.
An initial six month rent holiday was agreed and the tenants will enjoy reductions equating to three months, two months and one month in years two, three and four respectively. The recently refurbished buildings include 10 per cent offices.
Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers CRE were joint agents with King Sturge who handled the letting for Brixton.
