Paper products manufacturing firm Sanita has taken an eight year lease on a 37,900 sq ft warehouse at St Modwen’s 230,000 sq ft Brockton Business Park, Telford, Shropshire.
This is the first new occupier of industrial /warehousing premises on the 20-acre Telford Estate which St Modwen has re-branded and refurbished since acquiring the site two years ago.
Planning consent has also been granted for the development of 90,000 sq ft new buildings on a vacant site adjoining the existing building to provide a range of smaller units.
