Developer Tallantire Properties has paid less than the £1.2 million asking price for F&C Property Asset Management’s 23,000 sq ft Unit C warehouse on South Marston Park near Swindon. The property will be refurbished and put back on the market. King Sturge advised the vendor. Swindon is presently a logistics hot spot with several recent deals including a 302,000 sq ft letting to Morrisions.
