Mick Scarlett founder and chief executive of Palletforce has left the business for personal reasons.
Chairman Iain McAulay will assist until a new chief executive is appointed. He will work alongside commercial & finance director Neil Carpenter, operations director Carl Worgan and recently appointed network solutions director Alan Cooke in supporting the directors.
Palletforce was launched in September 2001and now handles more than 7,000 pallets a night at its Lichfield hub.
Scarlett said: “I am so proud of what has been achieved to date and leave knowing that the network is now ready to progress to another level and continue growing from strength to strength.”
