Opus Land has started on site with the extension of the 300,000 sq ft former Littlewoods Distribution Centre at Centrum 100 Business Park on the A38 to provide a 460,000 sq ft cross dock facility. The extension will be completed for mid February 2008. Letting agents North Rae Sanders, GVA Grimley and Jones Lang LaSalle are quoting £5.25 per sq ft.
