Trans Ocean Distribution, part of the JF Hillebrand Group, has bought Seatrans Manufacturing (Proprietary), which supplies flexitank equipment used for shipping bulk liquids. Seatrans will compliment Trans Ocean’s two existing factories in China and Malaysia, operating under the Trans Ocean Liquid Technologies banner.
