Train to Gain is the government’s funding scheme which aims to provide financial support to employers committed to the development of their staff.
The service entails providing free, specialist and impartial advice to employers, and ensuring companies receive the training and skills relevant to their own business needs. It’s free to all employers and has the additional appeal of further subsidised funding from the government.
How does it work? – Skills Brokers work with employers to determine a company’s current and future needs, based on an understanding of their business objectives. They will source relevant courses and advise employers of any available funding.
