Opus Land has started on site with the extension of the 300,000 sq ft former Littlewoods Distribution Centre at Centrum 100 Business Park in Staffordshire.
The 23.5 acre Opus Axis is on the A38 and when completed will provide a 460,000 sq ft cross dock facility, which is set to be one of the largest distribution units available in the Midlands. The extension will be completed for mid February 2008.
Letting agents North Rae Sanders, GVA Grimley and Jones Lang LaSalle are quoting £5.25 per sq ft.
