North Rae Sanders has been instructed to let a 34,076 sq ft warehouse at Progress Close on the well-established Binley Industrial Estate, Coventry. The premises comprise a high specification with 10m eaves and six loading docks in a self contained secure yard area. The premises are available on flexible lease terms at a rental of £5.50 per sq ft.
