Crosswater Holdings has taken units 1, 22, 23 and 24, totalling 64,914 sq ft at Legal & General and Space Property’s 178,824 sq ft Charles Park industrial scheme, Crossways Business Park, Dartford, Kent. The deal has been secured on a 15-year lease. Units 1 and 24, the largest units at Charles Park, have been let at a rent of £8 per sq ft (£86 per sq m) and units 22 and 23 have been let at £9 per sq ft (£97 per sq m). Edwin Hill and
