Browns Distribution has launched a service allowing customers to track and trace deliveries online in real time.
The Stoke-on-Trent based company, a member of Palletline, is inviting customers to track consignments live on Microsoft Virtual Earth.
Director David Brown Jr believes the service will save customers time, money and labour. “We are offering an unparalleled service, the new tracking service enables customers to view their own unique job. It provides details of scheduled actions, estimated time of arrival on delivery points, and completed status, soon to be followed with live signature capture,” he said.
“The map is continuously updated so customers can track delivery progress.”
