Triangle Corporate Services has been retained by Two Way Forwarding and Logistics, an Aramex Global Company, to support its business in the development and delivery of a two stage strategy, with an overall objective to maximise the utilisation of its two logistics services warehouses, located at Heywood, Lancashire and Colnbrook, near Heathrow.
Initially the task for Paul Byrne, chief executive, and Chris Sturman, senior supply chain consultant, will be to identify and attract both short and long term new business opportunities for the 88,000 sq ft high bay warehouse at Heywood. This has a capacity for 12,500 pallets in a logistics operation focusing on electronics, electrical and consumer goods products.
In the longer term, Triangle will support TwoWay in the development of a strategic growth and business development programme for its business. The objective is to attract longer term committed business to both the Heywood and Colnbook locations.
