The 2012 Olympic Delivery Authority is inviting expressions of interest for the procurement of a Delivery Management System to monitor vehicle movements, from off-site logistics centres to and around the Olympic Park and within the Olympic Park construction site boundary.
This is the first of a number of logistics-related contracts that the Olympic Delivery Authority is planning to put out to tender this year.
Progress on the site of the Olympic Stadium near Stratford in east London has been accelerating with nearly half the buildings now demolished, temporary bridges being installed and a programme of work beginning to remove thousands of tonnes of soil to create the correct ground levels.
For full details see the prequalification questionnaire documentation at the eTendering web site.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 5pm on Friday, 26 October.
