Logistics company iForce has taken Stoford Developments and Terrace Hill Group’s 237,444 sq ft warehouse known as Redd 42 on Ravensbank Business Park in Redditch. It has agreed a 10-year lease. The quoting terms were £5.75 per sq ft. North Rae Sanders, GVA Grimley and Savills represented Stoford Developments and Terrace Hill Group Plc whilst Knight Frank represented iForce
