Electrical retailer Comet has secured a pre –let ona 385,000 sq ft warehouse at Canmoor Developments and Kenmore’s 14.75-acre Arrow Park scheme on Edinburgh Way, Harlow. The retailer has taken a new 20-year lease with fixed uplifts at £6.15 per sq ft. CBRE advised the developer.
