Hong Kong-based power tools manufacturer Ryobi has taken Oxfordshire’s biggest speculative building the 167,409 sq ft ProLogis Park Didcot on Purchas Road. The manufacturer has agreed a 10-year lease with a tenant-only break option at the seventh year at a rent of £6.25 per sq ft. Lambert Smith Hampton advised Ryobi while CBRE acted for ProLogis.
