Dubai World Central, the 140 sq km urban development under construction in Jebel Ali, is expanding its geographic footprint through real estate and property sales at the Kuwait Property Exhibition, held in Kuwait City this week.
This is the first time that it has targeted potential investors outside its home base in the United Arab Emirates.
The project, which is almost twice the size of Hong Kong Island, is being built alongside Dubai International Airport, and has been designed to support the city’s aviation, tourism, commercial and logistics requirements until 2050.
