Wrenbridge is redeveloping the 170,000 sq ft former Swish curtain rail factory on the Lichfield Road Industrial Estate in Tamworth. There will be five self-contained units from 19,900 to 62,350 sq ft ready in February 2008. Colliers CRE and Calders have been retained to market the remaining units with freehold prices at £70 per sq ft and rents from £4.95 per sq ft.
