Work has started on site for a new 150,000 sq ft speculative warehouse at Frontier Estates’ A1M1Link industrial and distribution park in Thrapston, Northamptonshire.
Unit A comprises 150,000 sq ft with 141,600 sq ft of warehouse space and 8,400 sq ft of fully fitted offices, plus 141 car parking spaces. The property is available on a leasehold and freehold basis.In addition, up to 100,000 sq ft can also be accommodated on a Design and Build basis, with freeholds and leaseholds both available.
A1M1 Link is a 90-acre industrial and distribution park located immediately adjacent to the A14, at the A45/A605 junction, linking the A1 to the M1, M6 and national motorway network.
Existing occupiers include IKEA, International Paper Containers, Resin Express and Morrisons.

We have good interest in Unit A, as well as the design and build option.”
