Business mail delivery company DX Network Services has taken a sub-lease on Alcatel Lucent Telecom’s surplus 38,607 sq ft warehouse in Livingstone.
DX Network Services has signed-up for the remainder of the lease term which expires in October 2015. The annual rental is £202,125 a year equating to £5.25 per sq ft.
The unit comprises a self-contained distribution warehouse with two storey open plan offices located on a large landscaped site with ample car parking. The site and building are currently undergoing numerous alteration works to suit the bespoke requirements of DX.
