National furniture retailer SCS has taken Unit 7002 at Graftongate and Legal & General’s Cross Point scheme in Coventry.
The building totals 47,390 sq ft and has been let on a new 10-year lease. The guide rent was £5.75 per sq ft. North Rae Sanders, Lambert Smith Hampton and King Sturge represented Graftongate Developments. SCS represented themselves.
The Link 7000 development comprised 95,000 sq ft of warehouse distribution accommodation, which was designed to be divided to provide maximum flexibility for potential occupiers.
