Threadneedle Property Investments has appointed CB Richard Ellis and King Sturge to let two large warehouses in the Northwest. The Bear in Widnes totals 103,070 sq ft on a 5.8-acre site and has a 40m yard, while The Chill Out in St Helens totals 178,060 sq ft and is part chilled part ambient.
