PRUPIM has forward funded 240,000 sq ft of new warehousing and distribution facilities at Capitol Park, Thorne, Doncaster to the tune of £12.5m.
Developer Stoford will build two units of 140,000 sq ft and 80,000 sq ft on the site.
Rupert Visick, who negotiated the deal, said: “The recent letting of the 750,000 sq ft Nimbus building to MFI has put junction 6 of the M18 firmly on the map. I believe we will see strong occupational interest in these units when construction starts.”
