Codegate has increased its turnover to £5 million after acquiring i2 Mobile Solutions, making it one of the largest mobile solutions providers in the UK.
i2MS will be rebranded as Codegate and integrated into its Steventon, Oxfordshire premises with immediate effect.
Terran Churcher, Codegate’s managing director, said: “The move will enable Codegate to extend its mobile solution offering into the warehouse and retail space.
