The aim of this research is to identify both best practice and operational performance metrics globally.
The survey comprises five high level assessments for key functional areas within organisational supply chains.
IBM will publish a white paper based upon the results. This will include comparisons to global benchmarking data, trends, analysis and key developments by organisation size and industry sector.
