Property company Wrenbridge has secured planning for a 100,000 sq ft warehouse/production unit at Papworth Business Park, Cambridgeshire.
Wrenbridge are seeking pre-lets on the 5.1-acre site from 30,000 sq ft-100,000 sq ft. Bidwells and Barker Storey Matthews has been appointed by Wrenbridge as letting agents.
