Following the sale of Merlin Park to ING Real Estate Investment Management the second phase of the scheme is now under way. It will comprise three units ranging from 30,000 sq ft – 62,000 sq ft and will be available on a leasehold only basis from £5.45 per sq ft. Davies Harrison and WHR are the joint letting agents.
