Foulger Transport, a leading member of palletised freight distribution network Palletline, has won a £5 million contract with gym equipment supplier Life Fitness. Norfolk based Foulger will see to the logistics and warehousing requirements of Life Fitness for the next three years.
Foulger is providing some 80,000 sq ft of warehousing to Life Fitness at its Snetterton head office as part of the deal.
Jim Field of Life Fitness said: “We were impressed not just by Foulger Transport’s competitive pricing but by their approach to our needs and the demonstration of the service levels they would offer us. As a smaller company they are able to offer us a highly flexible service but also the benefits of rapid, national distribution through Palletline.”
