The Fork Lift Truck Association has developed an online system to help companies identify and prioritise training requirements for their operators. Virtual Risk Manager – FLT can identify whether refresher training is needed, helping eliminate areas of high risk and identify the most vulnerable operators.
The operator receives detailed feedback on the answers and is provided with advice and guidance.
It also includes a management information system, which enables managers to monitor all of their operators. The system is designed to help avoid unnecessary costs or use of resources.
