GeoPost has taken an assignment on the 68,000 sq ft Network House warehouse in South Leeds formerly occupied by Polestar UK Print.
The building was held on a lease with a further 15 years to run at the passing rent of £270,750 a year.
Gent Visick’s Andrew Gent commented: “Network House is well located for Geopost and the configuration of the building, with spacious yards to either side, is particularly suited to their operational requirements.”
