Wrenbridge is redeveloping the 170,000 sq ft former Swish curtain rail factory on the Lichfield Road Industrial Estate in Tamworth.
The £2 million project, due for completion in February 2008, will create five self contained warehouse and industrial units, ranging in size from 19,900 to 62,350 sq ft, over an area of 170,000 sq ft. Each unit will have its own enclosed concrete surfaced loading yard plus additional adjacent car parking and an electronically operated access door.
Two of the units have already been let in a sale and leaseback agreement to Swish Buildings Products.
Colliers CRE and Calders have been retained to market the remaining units with freehold prices at £70 per sq ft and rents from £4.95 per sq ft.
