Logistics company iForce has taken Stoford Developments and Terrace Hill Group’s 237,444 sq ft warehouse known as Redd 42 on Ravensbank Business Park in Redditch.
It has agreed a 10-year lease. The quoting terms were £5.75 per sq ft. North Rae Sanders, GVA Grimley and Savills represented Stoford Developments and Terrace Hill Group Plc while Knight Frank represented iForce.
The building incorporated 12 metre clear working height, 18 dock level loading doors, four level access loading doors, fitted offices, 223 car parking spaces and 38 lorry parking spaces with 50 metre yard depths.
Mark Hewitt, chief executive of iForce, said: “As a result of new business and new contracts with existing customers, it was essential that we obtained additional and larger premises. The Redd 42 building was ideally located to access our markets.
“The building provided a modern warehouse which will provide us with future expansion space for our customers. In addition it is also located close to other facilities that we have in the Birmingham area and will enhance and compliment these operations.”
