National food producer and distributor JJ Foods has taken a 33,000 sq ft pre-let at Shepborough Developments’ ISIS scheme at Agecroft Park in Manchester. The warehouse is on the final phase of the development located off the A6044, close to junctions 16 and 17 of the M60. The company expects to move to its new premises in spring 2008. Two units of 60,000 sq ft and 70,000 sq ft remain.
