Norbert Dentressangle has completed the acquisition of Christian Salvesen. It said detailed information on Christian Salvesen and its integration within Norbert Dentressangle Group would be provided at the presentation of the group’s annual results on 26 March.
Salvesen will be consolidated in Norbert Dentressangle Group’s accounts as of 14 December and its shares will be suspended from trading on the London Stock Exchange as of 17 December.
