Bibby Distribution has relocated its operations to a 126,022 sq ft warehouse in Elland, Leeds completing its plan to transform the site into the new home for ambient products, for both key customer Arla Foods and the Bradford transport operations.
The warehouse, complete with 20,000 newly installed racked spaces, has been fitted with a new warehouse management system (CLAWS 2).
Paul Lloyd, logistics director, Arla Foods, said: “The partnership with Bibby has developed over the past 11 years. The new facility at Elland is the next stage of the partnership and will enable both companies to further improve efficiencies within the supply chain.”
