A consortium of public sector organisations, including the City of Edinburgh Council, Midlothian Council, East Lothian Council and NHS Lothian have joined forces and agreed terms with J Smart & Co and the Walker Group Scotland to pre-let 25,000 sq ft warehouse at Prestonfield Park in Edinburgh as a joint storage, maintenance and cleaning facility for disabled equipment.
A rent of £150,000 a year on a 15-year lease was agreed. Agents for the scheme are Lambert Smith Hampton and King Sturge.
