Timber and panel products distributor James Latham is to establish its first Scottish site at the Eurocentral business park in Lanarkshire.
James Latham has agreed a deal to take a 40,000 sq ft warehousing and distribution unit at Eurocentral on a 17-year lease.
Latham will lease the Pharos unit at Eurocentral, a highly specified warehousing and production facility which is part of Eurocentral’s Advance Build programme.
The new facility will provide Latham with a total of ten sites covering the whole of the UK, and the company will use the base to supply customers throughout Scotland with an extensive range of products including veneered MDF, MFC, Birch and Spruce plywood.
