Bayer CropScience, one of the world’s leading crop science companies, has selected Atisreal to advise on the sale of its 40-acre manufacturing site on Gorsey Lane in Widnes, Cheshire.
Sara-Jane Preston of Atisreal said: “This is a major redevelopment opportunity and we have already had a substantial amount of interest, not only from developers looking at the site for office and industrial development but also developers looking at mixed use opportunities, subject to planning.”
The site will be decommissioned during 2008 early 2009.
