Aquatic and pet product firm Aqua Pacific has relocated to a new warehouse on the Nursling Estate in Southampton. The company, which has expanded four times since 2004, has taken the 61,000 sq ft ten Oriana Way owned by CBRE Investors.
A new five-year lease has been taken on the unit at a rent of £305,000 a year. The company is to relocate from Romsey Industrial Estate where it occupied 20,000 sq ft, with the move allowing for business expansion in a prime south coast location.
This new warehouse and office complex with the capacity for 6,000 pallet spaces is set on nearly four acres of land.
