A 133,000 sq ft warehouse formerly let to Boots Logistics is available to let in Nottingham.
Landlord Threadneedle has appointed King Sturge as letting agent.
James Keeton of King Sturge said: “The building represents one of only a small number of large sheds available in Nottingham. We anticipate good demand from regional occupiers keen to take advantage of its popular location close to the city and ring road.”
The Nottingham market has limited availability in the distribution sector and King Sturge is currently retained on four of the seven large units available.
