Glass merchant and manufacturer Ultra Tough has taken space at Falcon Property Trust’s Capital Connect warehouse in Welham Green.
The company negotiated a 15-year lease at a rent of over £600,000 a year, for the 102,219 sq ft of space. Lambert Smith Hampton and Atisreal advised the landlord.
Ian Partridge of Lambert Smith Hampton said: “Ultra Tough is moving from a unit in Greenford, North West London, to a significantly larger unit to facilitate the growth of its business.”
Capital Connect is a four bay single storey warehouse with two storey offices at either end of the building. The site is close to Hatfield and junction 2 of the A1(M), which provides direct access to junction 23 of the M25. One bay, Capital Connect 4, comprising 34,481 sq ft, with exclusive yard remains available to occupy on a leasehold or freehold basis.
