Dachser, which partnered with Russian company Intellect Logistics at the end of last year, has established a new company called OOO Dachser, based in Moscow, in a bid to strengthen its position in the Russian market.
Both companies have a 50 per cent shareholding in the company, which provides contract and transport logistics for Russian and international customers from trade and industry.
Anton Maryukhta, who is the managing director of Intellect Logistics, is also the MD of OOO Dachser.
