Trilogy Logistics is set to quadruple in size following the acquisition of CM Lane, an independent third party logistics company operating in the entertainment industry.
Founded in 1974, CM Lane operates more than 250,000 sq ft of warehousing space in Northampton and Dunstable.
Trilogy will move its operations to the Northampton site over the coming months and as part of the deal will retain all CM Lane staff.
Matthew Allen, managing director at Trilogy, said the acquisition doubles the company’s headcount and creates further opportunity for expansion.
