Developer PPG Land has completed the construction of two speculative warehouses at Point Five on Walker Park in Blackburn.
Already, the 30,000 sq ft building is under offer with significant interest in the smaller 25,000 sq ft unit being reported at the 10 acre site off junction 5 of the M65 motorway. King Sturge and Taylor Weaver are letting agents.
