Cathay Pacific has introduced the airline’s first Boeing 747-400ERF to its freighter fleet and has plans to add a further two in the near future.
The new aircraft was unveiled at the Boeing Delivery Centre in Washington. It will be deployed on trunk routes to North America and is powered by a Pratt & Whitney PW4062A engine.
Cathay currently operates a total of 115 planes, 18 of which are freighters.
