Teesland IOG has just completed the construction of a 184,000 sq ft speculative building at Broadway 21 in Oldham.
The building boasts 12m eaves, 18 dock and two level access doors, a 50m deep yard, 50kN/sqm floor loading as well as two-storey offices totalling 10,000 sq ft. It is situated on a 10.28 acre site.
Julien Kenny-Levick of Colliers CRE said: “This demonstrates that some developers still have confidence in the speculative development route.”
