SDI Group has appointed Sheldon England to the newly created role of European sales director to help support the company’s international growth.
In his role, England will be responsible for new business acquisitions, as well as working with current clients, to provide European materials handling solutions.
He will act as the single point of contact for all companies, liaising between SDI’s businesses in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Holland and the UK.
England originally joined SDI in 2006 as business development director at the company’s California office, where he helped introduce new US clients such as Nike, DOTS and WetSeal.
Before joining SDI, England worked for organisations in the UK including Lex Harvey and JCB in senior sales positions.
