Dee Set Logistics has paid Legal & General £4.5 million for the 167,513 sq ft former Royal Doulton warehouse in Stoke on Trent. Royal Doulton has occupied the site since 1979 and has taken a leaseback on part of the building for 12 months while it consolidates operations at its other plant in Stone. King Sturge acted for L&G while Louis Taylor advised Dee Set Logistics.
