JPM Eco Logistics has expanded its fleet of environmentally friendly vehicles with the purchase of three new Volvo trucks for £235,000, with funding from Lombard.
The company now has a fleet of 12 vehicles, all of which run on 100 per cent bio-diesel made from rapeseed oil.
Shortly after launching, JPM secured an investment of £100,000 from Dragons’ Den stars Theo Paphitis and Deborah Meaden after directors Paul Merker and Jerry Manalvanos appeared on the BBC programme.
Paphitis and Meaden now hold a 40 per cent stake in the business.
